This enables our housekeeping staff to maintain excellent hospitality standards for all guests.

Reservation policy: Two night minimum with 50% of total stay due at booking. Three night minimum during IPNC and holidays. Call 503. 864-3404 for weekly rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit fully refundable with 30 days notice; deposit is not refundable with fewer than 30 days notice.

Guest house restrictions: Unfortunately we do not allow children or pets. Smoking is not allowed on the property given our LEED certification.
