Stoller wines are made exclusively from our estate vineyard. We pick, process, and barrel age each individual block of fruit separately, giving us an assortment of wines to use when constructing our blends.

Stoller wines are elegant, showing ripe red to darker fruits along with mushroom and earth. It is amazing to see the diversity of flavors from our vineyard, depending on clone, age of vine, location, and density.

Our wines are beautifully textured and layered with fine silky tannins. Vintage can change the expression, but never overpowers it.

Pinot Noir

We make two to three blends of Pinot Noir each vintage.

• JV (Jeunes Vignes)
  The JV blend tends to be the largest each year. It is crafted in a fruit forward, balanced, accessible style, and released after 6-8 months of bottle aging. This wine is meant to be enjoyed now.
• SV (Stoller Family Estate)
  Our SV Pinot Noir showcases Stoller's older vines and is a wine that shows the fruit, earth, and complexity of Stoller Family Estate. The SV is crafted to cellar well and is released after about 18 months of bottle aging, when we feel it is drinking well.
• Cathy’s Reserve
  We also like to make a small blend each vintage, if cooperative, that showcases an "all star" block of the vineyard. This blend is our Cathy’s Reserve, and typically is a three to five barrel blend sold exclusively to our wine club and tasting room guests.

Chardonnay

We make two styles of Chardonnay each year.

• SV Chardonnay
  Our SV Chardonnay is made by barrel fermenting and aging the wine for 10½ months prior to bottling. The SV Chardonnay tends to offer elegant fruit and spice along with a beautiful texture and tannin from the barrel fermentation.
• JV Chardonnay
  Our JV Chardonnay is a stainless steel fermented Chardonnay that never spends time in barrels. The result is an aromatic, crisp and fresh Chardonnay that shows citrus fruit, bright acidity, and a clean finish. Our JV Chardonnay is produced in very limited quantities and sold exclusively in our tasting room and online.

Pinot Noir Rosé

We also make a Rosé of Pinot Noir each year to offer in our tasting room and for sale online. The Rosé is a delicate, aromatic and refreshing expression of our Pinot Noir and is crafted to be food friendly.
