Melissa was raised in the Willamette Valley and, after completing her BS degree, studied winemaking at Chemeketa and fermentation science at OSU. She came to Stoller in 2003 after working as a harvest hand at several local wineries and as the production winemaker at Cooper Mountain for three harvests.

Noah Bieszczad joined Stoller in winter of 2007. He is happy to combine his many interests into a career working with wine, thriving on the diversity and challenges the wine business presents. From Ohio, Noah has worked at wineries in France, Germany, Michigan, and Washington. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, walking, and exploring Oregon.

Gary Mortensen joined Stoller in March 2012 to oversee the winery, vineyard and business operations. Mortensen has 25 years of operations, business development and sales and marketing experience in the information technology and wine industries. He most recently served as President of FonWallet, a unified mobile payment and transaction facilitator. Prior posts include Vice President of Operations for Sokol Blosser Winery and Senior Vice President of Business Development for Qsent. Mortensen is also an award-winning documentary filmmaker whose films "This is War: Memories of Iraq" and "Shepherds of Helmand" are featured on the Discovery Channel.

Cory Davis has been Stoller's national
sales manager since the fall of 2005. Cory came to love Pinot Noir during
three years in France and moved to Oregon in the mid-90s, drawn by the natural
beauty and burgeoning potential of the Pacific Northwest wine scene.
Prior to joining Stoller, he worked as a distributor of some of the great wines
of the world, broadening his palate and his curiosity.

Kristie joined the Stoller team as Business Manager in October 2008. Kristie was born in Spokane, Washington and raised with her sister gypsy style in every suburb of Seattle by her parents. She moved to Beaverton her senior year of high school and has become a true Oregonian, taking advantage of the beaches in the summer and skiing the mountains in the winter. She has an adventurous spirit and loves to explore new places in Portland with friends and jump in rain puddles with her boys Cam and Luke.

Emily came to Stoller Family Estate in early Spring, 2009, with sincere enthusiasm to advance her career in the local wine industry. She brings with her knowledge of wine and food through extensive travels and personal research in the finest viticulture regions. Emily lives in Newberg with her husband, Paul, and their three cats Taco, Caper and Lilly. You will most certainly see her smiling face upon entering the Tasting Room.

Shani is a native of Montana who followed her heart to Oregon in 2002. Moving from a restaurant wine background, she sought a wine industry position "at the source" and chose Oregon for its beauty, culture and Pinot Noir. Shani now has a decade of hospitality experience in the Oregon wine industry managing tasting rooms, wine clubs and winery events. She loves sharing her knowledge and appreciation of wine with others and interacting with Stoller's close-knit club members.

Steve joined the Stoller team in January 2013 as the Accounting & Administration Manager. He is a native Oregonian who was born in Portland, raised in Salem, and graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. As a CPA, Steve has experience in both public accounting and in the private sector, most recently as the CFO at Willamette Valley Vineyards. He enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife in their motor home and attending OSU football games.

Marcus joined Stoller in April 2012. Originally from Orange County, California, he attended Newberg High School and eventually the University of Oregon, where he was graduated with a B.S. in Economics. Marcus lived in both Las Vegas and San Diego before getting the "Pinot bug" and moving to Newberg in the spring of 2012. Marcus loves competitive sports and almost any activity on two wheels including mountain biking, road biking and Motocross.

Daniel moved to Oregon from North Carolina in 2012 in pursuit of great wines. He previously served as the Food & Beverage Director at country clubs on the east coast and quickly learned that wine was an aspect of the job that he thoroughly enjoyed. Now in his role at Stoller, Daniel finds that he not only loves wine, but the enthusiasm of people working in the industry.
