Estate Access

Will we have access to the entire property on our wedding day?

If you choose to rent the complete estate, you will have access to the entire property. Otherwise, access to the whole estate is limited to photography of the newlyweds only.

Can I have my ceremony on-site?

Yes, we have multiple sites within and around the Experience Center for the ceremony to take place.

When can I visit the property for a site visit?

You can visit the property and view the event locations by scheduling an appointment with our team. Complete the inquiry form on this page, and we will contact you soon.

Are there places for the wedding party to get ready?

Yes, we recommend renting the guesthouses on the property, but there are also private rooms in the Experience Center.

Can I have after-hours parties at the venue?

We can not accommodate after-hour parties at the venue but can provide a list of local bars, venues, and hotels that can.

How many guests can Stoller accommodate overnight for an event?

There are three separate guest houses available to rent on the property. The Estate House accommodates eight people, the Wine Country Guest House accommodates six people, and the Wine Farmhouse accommodates 12 people. Please contact the Concierge team for more information about the booking process.

Can I have a rehearsal at the venue?

Yes, you can have a rehearsal dinner at the Stoller estate. This depends on whether we have another event scheduled the day before the wedding.

Can I take my engagement photos at Stoller Family Estate?

At this time, we are reserving the photography rights to weddings and rehearsal dinners only.

Food & Beverage

What is the food minimum per person?

Our seasonal menus start at $125 a person. You can customize all of the appetizers, entrees, sides, and late-night snacks.

Do you provide catering?

Yes, we have a full elite culinary team on-site.

Can I have a full bar?

Yes, we have a full On-Premises OLCC license and offer a range of bar programs and specialty craft cocktails.

Do we offer wedding tastings?

After your date is confirmed with a signed contract, we do offer menu tastings, which are subject to culinary team availability and include a maximum of two guests.

Property Considerations

How many people can the Experience Center accommodate?

Inside Seated Dinner: Up to 150 guests, including room for dancing

Outdoor Patio Seated Dinner: Up to 300 guests with dancing inside

What are your music guidelines? Is there a noise ordinance?

We are subject to the Yamhill County noise ordinance, which requires music amplification to end at 10 pm. This applies to music inside and outside.

Are we allowed to use flammables? Can we use candles?

Yes, you can use candles inside the venue, but all candles must be enclosed and have something underneath them to catch the wax. There are some restricted areas.

What if it rains on my wedding day?

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with your wedding planner on backup plans.

Are pets permitted at Stoller Family Estate?

Pets are permitted outside of the Experience Center. Only service animals are allowed indoors.

What is the smoking policy?

Stoller does not permit any type of smoking on the property, including vaping.

I am a club member, do I get a discount?

We currently extend a discount on retail wine depending on your club tier. Please include this information in your wedding inquiry, and we will follow up with more details.

Do I have to use a wedding planner?

Yes, we require the use of professional wedding planners with partial or full planning services. Please note that day-of coordination does not meet our requirements. Please inquire for our approved list of wedding planners.
