Elevated Experiences

Elevated Experiences are hosted during regular Tasting Room hours (11am-5pm), and require a reservation. Seatings are at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm.

Tours are subject to availability, and are unavailable during harvest. Please inquire regarding tour availability even if the experience has a tour included.


Tasting with a Cheese and Charcuterie Board – $30 per person


Legacy Tasting & Tour - $50 per person (members only)


Library Tasting & Tour - $75 per person


Gastronomic Tasting & Tour - $100 per person

14 Day advance reservation required for the Gastronomic Tasting & Tour. Menu finalization, final guest count and notification of any dietary restrictions are requited no later than seven (7) days before the event. 

To reserve your requested time and appointment, we require a credit card to remain on file at time of confirmation. The reservation is considered complete once all information is obtained. If your group does not show for the appointment or cancels with less than a 72 hour notice, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

Wine club members receive priority bookings and discounts.
Two (2) annual Legacy Tasting & Tour Experiences included with wine club membership for up to four (4) guests. Any additional guests with members reservation receive 20% off of these elevated experiences. You must be accompanied with the member to receive members benefits.

Victor Panichkul

Tasting Room Manager

Victor was born in Bangkok, Thailand and grew up in Thailand, Singapore and the United States. He studied international politics and journalism at Baylor University and spent 30 years working as a journalist for major newspapers in Texas, Baltimore and Washington D.C. He moved to Oregon in 2002 with his partner of 25 years and fell in love with Oregon wines. After covering the industry for 14 years as wine, food and beer columnist, he left journalism and joined the wine industry that he has come to love.

Elaine Shevlin

Hospitality and Promotions Manager

Elaine is a Sacramento native who graduated from California State University Chico. Elaine loves wine because she feels it’s a luxury that unites people, evokes thought, and heightens senses. She loves to travel and has lived in Costa Rica and New York City. Elaine believes there’s nothing better than enjoying company worthy to share your favorite wine with.

Sean McKee

Culinary Director

From humble beginnings at a coffee shop in Wyoming, Sean went on to learn his craft in Eugene. After moving to Portland and being voted Best New Chef in 2008 by the Portland Sentinel, he has gone on to study under four James Beard Award winners and has traveled the globe in pursuit of his culinary passion. Sean has been a fixture on the Portland food scene for over a decade. Living and working in Oregon’s beautiful wine country has always been a dream, and he is both excited and inspired to now realize that dream.

Adel Nemes

Sales Associate

Adel grew up in Hungary and moved to the United States after college. She lived in New York City for twenty years, where she attended culinary school and worked in the travel and hospitality industry, as well as in holistic health. She moved to Oregon two years ago and enjoys the peace and the slower pace of the wine country.
