“Pinot Noir and balsamic vinegar are a beautiful example of a contrasting pairing. Both have complex, layered flavor profiles: Pinot gives earth tones of mushrooms and herbs, while balsamic brings an intense sweetness with notes of fig and plum. They play off one another, creating a tension on the palate that is one of my favorites.” Culinary Director & Executive Chef, Becca Richards

Baking spice

Delicate aromas of violet are supported by luscious red raspberry and cherry, accented with subtle notes of baking spice and earth. The palate has supple tannins with flavors of raspberry cobbler, candied citrus peel, and rooibos tea, driven by a thread of fresh, juicy acidity that carries through to an extended finish. – Winemaker, Kate Payne Brown
